Jeb Bush spoke yesterday at the opening of an education summit in Washington, D.C. hosted by his Foundation for Educational Excellence. Bush urged reformers to pursue bold policies like those he backed while governor of Florida. In the Summer 2009 issue of Ed Next, Matt Ladner and Dan Lips evaluated Florida’s education record under Bush.

In the Fall 2012 issue of Ed Next, Marcus Winters investigated claims that Bush-era test score gains were overstated.
