The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee held a hearing Thursday on the waivers that the Obama administration has issued to over 30 states releasing them from some of the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Andy Rotherham and Martha Derthick debated the waiver strategy in the Spring issue of Ed Next.
