		<description>Are there any cases where a charter school enrolled students but subsequently went under?  If so, a comparison could be drawn between students who would have attended a charter school and those who attended public school.  Which is to say, you could see how would-be charter school students performed in public schools relative to those students who planned on attending public school from the get go.</description>
