Tim Scott (R – S.C.) delivered a keynote address, followed by a presentation by Thomas Stewart and Patrick Wolf, the authors of a new book The School Choice Journey: School Vouchers and the Empowerment of Urban Families. The book examines the experiences of families participating in the DC Opportunity Scholarship Program.
