What We’re Watching: Game Brings History to Life

PBS NewsHour looks at a game that allows students to interact with historical figures, examine primary source documents and use maps to navigate historic settings.  The game is part of Mission U.S., a multimedia project that immerses players in U.S. history.

In the video, middle school students play “For Crown and Colony,” which takes place in 1770 Boston.
