In this video, New York’s representatives (Merryl Tisch, David Steiner, Joel Klein, John King and Michael Mulgrew) make the case to the U.S. Department of Education that New York should take home some of the Race to the Top’s rewards.  New York ultimately finished second in round 2 of Race to the Top last summer.
