The Brown Center on Education Policy at Brookings will host a live webcast of an event in conjunction with the release of its report, “Measuring the Influence of Education Advocacy: The Case of Louisiana’s School Choice Legislation,” on Tues., Dec. 10 at 10 am. [Note – This event was cancelled due to inclement weather.]
The report introduces a new method for accurately studying the influence of advocacy efforts. Russ Whitehurst will describe the method as well as findings from a case study which measures the influence of advocacy on the passage of Louisiana’s school choice legislation.
