EdStat: Between 2011 and 2015, Reading Scores on the National Assessment of Educational Progress Improved in 19 States

Nineteen states improved their reading results on the National Assessment of Educational Progress between 2011 and 2015, while just five saw declines. Over this same time period, national trends were essentially flat. So, which states are on a hot streak coming into the 2017 NAEP release on April 10?
