Dr. James Goenner serves as the President & CEO of the National Charter Schools Institute. Jim’s pioneering efforts and passion for excellence earned him an induction into the National Charter Schools Hall of Fame in 2010. He has helped found numerous charter schools support organizations, including NACSA, and has testified before many policymaking bodies.
